These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the winforlife platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support features available at winforlife.one. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the winforlife platform (available at winforlife.one and any associated mobile-optimised versions), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the winforlife Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering, you expressly warrant and represent that:

Any winnings accrued by an underage player shall be voided and, where applicable, returned to the original funding source.
3. Account Registration & KYC
To access the full suite of winforlife services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban.
During registration and at the Company's subsequent request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID;
- Date of birth;
- Valid email address and Philippine mobile number;
- Residential address;
- Government-issued photo identification (UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys ID, SSS Card, or Philippine Passport).
winforlife operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. You agree to submit requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe specified by the Company. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials shall be deemed to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify winforlife immediately via the live chat support channel.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the winforlife platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱50 via GCash or PayMaya. Other accepted payment methods include BPI Online Banking, BDO, and Metrobank via InstaPay or PESONet. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account KYC must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed;
- Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party transfers are not permitted;
- Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
- winforlife reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding thresholds set under AML guidelines;
- Processing times are estimated and not guaranteed — GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes under normal conditions.
winforlife is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institution clearance times, or force majeure events.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
winforlife offers promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they may be converted into withdrawable cash;
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met;
- winforlife reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics;

6. Games & Fair Play

8. Prohibited Conduct

- Registering more than one account;
- Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
- Using the platform while underage or on behalf of an underage individual;
- Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aids to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated gameplay at live dealer or poker tables;
- Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or malfunctions in games or platform software;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring transactions to circumvent AML thresholds;
- Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits;
- Harassment or abusive behaviour directed at winforlife staff or other players.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the winforlife platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of winforlife or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the platform without the prior written consent of winforlife. Unauthorised use of winforlife intellectual property may give rise to legal claims under Philippine intellectual property law and international conventions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winforlife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
winforlife does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winforlife's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension & Termination
winforlife reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
- These Terms have been violated;
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred;
- Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk to the Company;
- The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon termination of an account for legitimate reasons (i.e., not due to a violation of these Terms), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus funds are not refundable upon termination.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise the matter with winforlife's customer support team and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for the Company to investigate and respond. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
13. Amendments to These Terms
winforlife reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will specify the effective date of amendment. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
